Privacy Policy

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, Modumoyeo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and process related grievances promptly and efficiently.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Handled personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below, and if the purpose of use changes, the Company will implement necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. Website Membership Registration and Management

Personal information is processed for confirming membership intent, identifying and authenticating users, managing membership status, preventing fraudulent use, verifying legal guardian consent when processing the data of children under 14, delivering notices, and handling complaints.

2. Provision of Goods or Services

Personal information is processed for product delivery, service provision, sending contracts and invoices, content provision, tailored services, age verification, billing and settlement, and debt collection.

Article 12 (Processing of Personal Information Related to AI Services)

1. Information Collected During AI Service Use

The Company may process the following additional information to provide AI-based services (product recommendations, consultation support, image/content generation, etc.).

Inquiry details and consultation history
User input items such as product and fragrance preferences
Service usage patterns (page visits, clicks, session duration, etc.)

2. AI Data Processing Methods

Collected data is not directly used for AI model training. Instead, it may be anonymized and statistically processed to improve service quality.
AI services may utilize external APIs (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI). In such cases, the privacy policies of the respective service providers will also apply.
The Company takes technical measures to ensure that no personal information is included in AI-generated outputs (text, images, etc.).

Article 13 (Implementation and Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy has been effective since May 25, 2020.
