Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the terms of use and operation of the services provided by SCENTWIKI (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by Modumoyeo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The main terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

1. Member: A person who has agreed to the Terms of the Site, registered by providing personal information, and uses the Site by signing a usage agreement.
2. Usage Agreement: The agreement concluded between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site.
3. Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member for member identification and service use.
4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm identity and protect member rights.
5. Operator: The operator who opens and operates the website for the service.
6. Termination: The act of the member terminating the usage agreement.

Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)

If necessary, the Operator may separately notify the operational policies. If there is an overlap between these Terms and the operational policy, the operational policy shall take precedence.

Article 4 (Conclusion of the Usage Agreement)

① The Usage Agreement is concluded when a person wishing to register as a Member agrees to the contents of these Terms and applies for membership, and the Operator accepts the application.

② A person wishing to register as a Member must express their agreement by reading these Terms and checking "I Agree" during the sign-up process.

Article 5 (Application for Service Use)

① Users wishing to use the Site as a registered Member must provide all requested information (User ID, Password, Nickname, etc.).

② Members who register using stolen or false information cannot claim any rights related to the Site and may be penalized according to the relevant laws.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

• The Site and the Operator do not possess the passwords provided during registration. Any issues related to this will follow the Site's Privacy Policy.
• The Operator strives to protect the Member's personal information, including registration details, in accordance with applicable laws.
• The protection of personal information is governed by applicable laws and the Privacy Policy established by the Site.
• However, the Operator holds no responsibility for any information exposed due to the Member's negligence.
• If a Member registers or distributes illegal content violating public morals or national security, the Operator may view and submit the Member's data to the relevant authorities upon request.

Article 17 (Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services and Disclaimer)

1. The Site may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide services such as product recommendations, consultation support, content generation, image production, and search optimization.
2. Content generated by AI (text, images, recommendations, etc.) is for reference only. Final product specifications, prices, delivery dates, etc., must be finalized through direct consultation with the person in charge.
3. Images generated by AI may differ from actual products and should only be used as concept references. Exact colors, shapes, and textures must be confirmed during the sample creation stage.
4. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the AI services. Except where required by law or in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of AI services.
5. Data collected during AI service use (inquiry contents, preferences, etc.) may be anonymized and used to improve service quality, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
6. The Company informs users that unexpected results may occur due to the nature of AI technology, and it strives for continuous improvement of AI services.
7. Intellectual property rights for AI-generated content belong to the Company, and Members may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless an OEM/ODM contract outlines otherwise.
